If you’ve recently made a purchase through shop.rabbitcraft.co.uk and would like a refund, you’re in the correct place. Below you’ll find all the info on what you can refund, when you can refund, and how to begin the process.
Games and products you purchase through the RabbitCraft Shop are generally eligible for a refund. If a game or product is marked as "non-refundable", then it will not be eligible. Products that include virtual currency, skins, or other consumables such as keys are not eligible for refund. We cannot provide refunds for purchases made outside of the RabbitCraft Store.
Some purchases may qualify for refunding online by contacting support. Sign into your account on our website, click the support Icon on the bottom right of the shop, start a conversation and our support team/Mods will try to assist you.
When are products eligible for a refund?
Games and products are eligible for refund within 14 days of purchase. However, you must have less than 2 hours of runtime on record. Products that include virtual currency, skins, or other consumables and products or games that are marked as “non-refundable” are not eligible for refund.
You will not be eligible for refunds for services or products from which you have been banned or for which you have otherwise violated our in-game rules. In addition, you may not be eligible for refunds if RabbitCraft determines that you are abusing the refund policy.
Should you wish to cancel a monthly subscription, you will still be required to pay for the full month you have subscribed for (unless you and RabbitCraft come to an individual agreement) and keep all items until the subscription is finally finished. On final cancellation you will lose all in-game services, items and titles provided as per each tier of the subscription you have chosen to cancel.
How will I get my refund?
By default, purchases will be refunded to the payment method used to make the purchase, but this may not always be possible depending on the payment method. You and RabbitCraft may also agree that the refund be issued by alternative method. Please note the amount of time for the refund to process is dependent on your payment method.
You will not be eligible for a refund on items, services, subscriptions and keys, unless agreed by You and RabbitCraft on an individual basis.
If RabbitCraft determines you are abusing the refund policy, you may not be eligible for refunds. This policy exists so you can purchase with comfort and make sure you only spend on the services you want to pay for and enjoy!
